      For most training providers recruiting, training and keeping great delivery staff is a fundamental aspect of their success. For construction it’s increasingly common for providers to report hard to fill vacancies and difficulties in finding staff who will stay.  This session will explore a range of issues impacting retention and recruitment. You will have the chance to share your experiences of the challenge with other providers and CITB colleagues will give insight on work that is going on to tackle the problem.

The National Motorcycle Museum, located in Solihull, offers large event spaces ideal for conferences.  

Travelling by car
If travelling by car the venue is located on the J6 island of the M42 motorway, directly opposite the NEC near Solihull in the West Midlands. Once you are on the A45 and in the vicinity of the NEC and Airport, please look for the brown tourist information signs.

There is free onsite parking and disabled access bays.

Travelling by train
The closest train station is Birmingham International which is just a 5-minute taxi drive. There is a taxi rank located opposite the entrance.
